This course is for riders who want to fine-tune their street skills. Classroom instruction introduces mental strategies necessary to reduce risk. On-cycle maneuvers are practiced in a controlled, off-street environment and are specially designed to reinforce strategies introduced in the classroom. Note: Participants may bring a passenger. |

What do I need to bring? |

Eye Protection Over-the-ankle footwear Long Sturdy Slacks Long sleeve shirt or jacket Full fingered gloves DOT or SNELL approved helmet (will be provided if you don’t have one) Note: Motorcycles for the BRC are provided by Kentucky Driving School. |

How long will the class last? |
|
The BRC lasts approximately 20 hours. You will meet on a Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. Classes are limited. Times will vary with class. Enroll today! |

The ERC lasts approximately 8 hours. The class consist of classroom and range instruction. Bring your own bike. Weather Conditions may affect class schedules. |

This course is aimed at beginning riders of all ages. Classroom discussion prepares you for on-cycle maneuvers in a controlled, off-street environment. You will learn how to safely operate a motorcycle beginning with the proper mounting technique and gradually working up to swerving and emergency braking techniques. The course concludes with a knowledge test and an on-cycle skill evaluation. Note: Participants must be at least 16, sixteen years of age. Those under 18, eighteen must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before taken the course. |
